Cory-Ann Wind
Director of State Regulatory Affairs
Cory-Ann serves as Director of State Regulatory Affairs for Clean Fuels Alliance America. In this role, she engages in issues associated with biodiesel, renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel and represents the interests of Clean Fuels’ members to state regulatory bodies, legislatures and environmental organizations. Located in Portland, Oregon her primary focus is advancing state and regional policy efforts on the West Coast.
Cory-Ann has 30 years of experience in developing programs and policies to address air pollution, transportation emissions, and climate change at the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality. Most recently, she led the development and implementation of the Oregon Clean Fuels Program. Cory-Ann has a Bachelor of Science in BioResources Engineering from Oregon State University.
